We’re looking for a confident Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established, food-led pub in Epsom. With a strong local following and a reputation for delivering quality pub food, this is a site where standards matter and teamwork is everything.

You’ll have full responsibility for the kitchen, the chance to lead your brigade and the opportunity to keep driving the food offering forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the kitchen and running day-to-day operations

• Driving food quality and consistency across busy services

• Training and developing the kitchen team

• Managing stock, ordering and kitchen systems

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Head Chef experience in a food-led pub or restaurant

• Strong leadership and kitchen organisation

• Someone who thrives in busy service environments

• A chef who takes pride in great pub food

£16 per hour
