We’re looking for a confident Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-loved, food-led pub in Walton-on-Thames. This is a busy site with a loyal following, strong food trade and a team that takes real pride in what comes out of the kitchen.

You’ll have the chance to take real ownership of the food offering, lead your own brigade and shape the kitchen culture while delivering consistently great pub food.

With live-in accommodation available, this is also a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef looking for stability and the chance to build something long-term.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Running the full kitchen operation day-to-day

• Leading, training and developing a motivated brigade

• Driving food quality and consistency across every service

• Managing stock, GP, ordering and kitchen organisation

What We’re Looking For

• Proven Head Chef experience in food-led pubs or restaurants

• Strong leadership and operational control

• Someone who enjoys building a team and running a positive kitchen

• Passion for fresh ingredients and great pub food
