We’re recruiting for a talented Sous Chef to join a well-established food-led pub in Hollingbourne. This is a busy kitchen with a strong local reputation and a team that takes real pride in delivering consistently great food.

You’ll be working closely with the Head Chef to keep standards high and service running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
• Leading sections and helping drive busy services
• Developing junior chefs and maintaining strong kitchen culture
• Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
• Supporting ordering, stock control and kitchen organisation

What We’re Looking For

• A solid Sous Chef or ambitious Junior Sous
• Experience in fresh food kitchens
• Someone who thrives in busy service environments
• A team player who enjoys building a strong brigade
