What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Head Chef in running a busy, food-led kitchen
  • Leading sections and driving service during peak trading
  • Training and developing junior chefs in the brigade
  • Maintaining strong standards of food quality and organisation
  • Supporting stock control and kitchen systems

What We’re Looking For

  • A confident Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
  • Experience in fresh food, quality-led kitchens
  • Someone calm, organised and reliable during busy service
  • A chef who takes pride in food and enjoys being part of a strong team
