We are recruiting a commercially driven General Manager to lead a high-profile pub in the heart of Oxford Circus.

This is a busy, high-footfall Central London site with a strong wet-led trade and consistent all-day business. The venue benefits from a prime location and requires a confident operator who can manage volume, drive standards and maximise commercial performance.

The Role:

• Full P&L responsibility for a high-volume Central London pub
• Lead, develop and motivate a large front-of-house team
• Drive sales through strong operational control and service standards
• Manage labour, stock, GP and compliance
• Ensure excellent guest experience across busy day and evening trade
• Maintain brand standards within a structured group environment

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven General Manager experience in a busy London pub or bar
• Strong wet-led and high-volume background
• Commercially astute with solid financial understanding
• Confident managing large teams in fast-paced environments
• Hands-on, organised and performance driven
