We are recruiting an experienced and driven Sous Chef for a quality-led, food-focused restaurant in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong Sous Chef to join a well-run kitchen with high standards, fresh ingredients and an ambitious team culture. The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised and confident supporting the Head Chef in delivering consistency, structure and excellent food.

The Role:

• Support the Head Chef in running the day-to-day kitchen operation

• Lead service and ensure consistent high-quality food delivery

• Manage and motivate the brigade, ensuring strong team morale

• Assist with stock control, ordering, wastage and GP management

• Maintain excellent hygiene and kitchen compliance standards

• Support training and development of junior chefs

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven Sous Chef experience in a quality restaurant or premium pub environment

• Strong leadership and organisational skills

• Passion for fresh food and high standards

• Calm under pressure and confident running busy services

• Strong knowledge of kitchen systems and controls
