The Role:

• Full P&L responsibility for a high-performing restaurant
• Deliver exceptional food, service and guest experience standards
• Lead, develop and inspire a large management and front-of-house team
• Work closely with senior leadership within a structured multi-site environment

• Maintain brand standards and consistency across the business

• Proven General Manager experience within a recognised multi-site restaurant group
• Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
• High-volume, premium dining background
• Structured, organised and confident managing reporting lines
