We’re recruiting a high-energy General Manager for a busy, late-night sports-led neighbourhood bar in the heart of Central London.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially driven GM who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves sport, and knows how to create atmosphere. The venue is well known for live sport, big weekend energy, strong drinks sales and a party-led late-night offer, trading until 2am.

The Role:

• Lead the full day-to-day operation of a sports-led late-night bar
• Drive sales, footfall and energy through sport, events and promotions
• Manage a strong wet-led business with high-volume trade
• Recruit, train and motivate a fun, fast-paced team
• Ensure excellent service, standards, compliance and guest experience
• Create a community feel while delivering a high-energy party atmosphere

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven GM experience in a busy Central London bar/pub
• Passionate about sport and creating an exciting matchday atmosphere
• High energy, people-focused and hands-on
• Strong late-night operational experience (essential)
• Confident managing high-volume wet sales and peak-time trade
• Commercially minded with strong leadership skills
