We are recruiting an exceptional Head Chef for a well-established and highly regarded Levantine / Middle Eastern restaurant in King’s Cross.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a passionate kitchen team within a business built on a love for the vibrant, sun-drenched flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean. The menu showcases colourful meze and small plates, clay oven flatbreads, seasonal dishes and bold flavours cooked over a charcoal grill.

The Role:

• Lead the kitchen operation and deliver consistently outstanding food

• Produce high-quality Levantine / Middle Eastern inspired cuisine

• Strong focus on charcoal grilling and cooking on coals

• Maintain excellent kitchen standards, consistency and presentation

• Train, develop and motivate the brigade with calm, confident leadership

• Manage ordering, stock control, wastage and GP

• Work closely with senior management to drive quality and performance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven Head Chef experience in a premium restaurant or foodie environment

• Strong understanding of Middle Eastern / Levantine cuisine (or similar flavour profiles)

• Charcoal grill / live fire / coal cooking experience is essential

• Calm, organised leader who can inspire a team under pressure

• Passionate about quality ingredients, bold spices and authentic flavours

• Strong kitchen management and commercial awareness
