This is a hands-on role suited to a motivated manager who enjoys being involved in service while supporting the wider business operation.

The Role:

• Supporting the General Manager with daily operations

• Leading teams on shift and maintaining service standards

• Managing stock, rotas, and compliance

• Training and developing team members

• Helping drive sales and guest satisfaction

• Experience as an AGM, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager

• Strong service focus and leadership skills
