We’re recruiting an Assistant General Manager for a well-established, premium pub in Cirencester.

This role is ideal for a strong people-focused manager who enjoys food-led operations, great service standards, and working closely with a hands-on GM.

The Role:

• Supporting the GM in all aspects of pub operations

• Leading service, managing shifts, and developing the team

• Driving standards across food, drink, and guest experience

• Managing labour, stock, and compliance

• Acting as the face of the business when the GM is off

About You:

• Experience as an AGM, Deputy Manager, or strong Assistant Manager

• Background in food-led or premium pub environments

• Strong leadership and training skills

• Commercial awareness and attention to detail

• Passionate about hospitality and community-focused venues
