We’re working with a fast-growing, quality-led hospitality business to appoint an experienced Head of People & Culture to shape and lead its people strategy during an ambitious growth phase.
This is a hands-on, senior role for a people leader who understands hospitality at scale and can balance structure, culture, and performance in a fast-moving environment.
The Role
- Owning the full people strategy across a growing multi-site business
- Building scalable frameworks for recruitment, retention, and development
- Leading performance management, engagement, and succession planning
- Partnering closely with senior leadership to support growth and change
- Ensuring culture remains strong, inclusive, and values-led as the business scales

- Experienced Head of People & Culture
- Strong commercial awareness and operational understanding
- Confident working at board and founder level
- Experienced in supporting rapid growth and organisational change
- Pragmatic, people-focused, and delivery driven
