We’re searching for a driven and experienced Operations Manager to join a dynamic restaurant group in Bishop’s Stortford. With currently two sites and third site is set to open, this is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and growing an ambitious brand.

As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee multiple sites, supporting General Managers and Head Chefs to deliver consistent excellence in service, food, and atmosphere. As a founder-led business, the onboarding process is extensive to ensure you’re trained and ready to go from day one!
