We’re on the hunt for a talented Sous Chef to join a busy, multi-faceted pub in Egham. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who thrives in high-volume, fresh-food environments and wants to be part of a supportive and ambitious kitchen team.
The Role
As Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. From supporting the Head Chef with menu development to training and inspiring junior chefs, you’ll be hands-on and at the heart of the action. You’ll ensure the smooth delivery of service, maintain consistency, and bring passion to every dish.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume, fresh-food pub, restaurant, or hotel

Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to motivate your team

A passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering great guest experiences

A calm, positive attitude under pressure and a desire to keep learning and developing
