We are searching for a talented and driven Group Chef to join a growing, Michelin Guide-recognised restaurant group in London. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role at group level, working alongside an Executive Chef and another Group Chef to shape the future of an ambitious and expanding brand.

With a reputation for premium, ingredient-led dining and exciting new sites on the horizon, this is a role for a chef who wants to be at the forefront of growth, creativity, and operational excellence.

The Role:

• Lead and support multiple kitchens across the group, ensuring consistency, standards, and excellence at every site

• Work closely with the Executive Chef and fellow Group Chef on new openings, training, and menu development

• Drive operational performance – hands-on in the kitchens, setting the tone and leading from the front

• Train, inspire, and mentor Head Chefs and brigade teams, ensuring high levels of consistency and quality

• Contribute to the creative development of menus, specials, and seasonal changes

• Ensure compliance, cost control, and effective kitchen management across all sites

About You:

• Experienced Head Chef or multi-site operator with a background in high-quality, fresh-food kitchens

• Proven ability to balance creative flair with operational discipline

• Comfortable leading and inspiring multiple teams while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

• Organised, proactive, and commercially minded, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-growing business

• Passionate about premium ingredients, innovative cooking, and delivering consistency at scale
