We’re looking for a talented Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our stylish brasserie in the East Leeds/York area. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious chef to take full ownership of a fresh food kitchen, delivering consistent quality and leading with passion and precision.

What you’ll do:

• Lead, inspire and develop a skilled kitchen team

• Deliver fresh, seasonal dishes to the highest standard

• Oversee stock management, GP, and kitchen operations

• Uphold exacting standards of food safety and compliance

What we’re looking for:

• A proven Head Chef or Senior Sous ready for the next step

• Strong background in leading busy fresh food kitchens

• Commercially astute with excellent organisational skills

• Passionate about people, food, and service
