A leading, fast-paced QSR brand is seeking a talented and people-focused Area Manager to oversee 6 high-volume sites across Nottingham and Leicester.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced multi-site leader who thrives in a dynamic, customer-obsessed environment. You’ll be responsible for driving performance across your area, coaching and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional results across people, customer experience, sales, and profit.

The Role:

* Lead and support 6 restaurant teams (250+ staff) through hands-on coaching and development
* Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction, compliance and operational standards
* Drive sales and profitability through effective strategy, team development and performance management
* Identify, nurture, and promote top talent across the area
* Champion brand culture, recognition and values across all levels
* Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Training and other departments to deliver business goals

About You:

* Proven experience managing multiple QSR or retail sites (minimum 18 months)
* Natural leader who’s people-first, hands-on, and commercially minded
* High-energy, adaptable, and passionate about great food and customer service
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across your area
