This venue combines a bustling bar with a quality-led food menu, delivering a warm, engaging environment for locals and visitors alike. With a focus on craft beers, quality wines, and premium spirits, the pub is known for delivering exceptional service in a relaxed, contemporary setting.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading the bar team, ensuring smooth, high-energy service and warm guest engagement.
• Overseeing the drinks programme, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Driving sales and managing stock while controlling costs and wastage.
• Training and developing the team, leading by example with a hands-on approach.
• Maintaining high standards in cleanliness, presentation, and compliance.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bar Manager with experience in premium pubs or quality-led hospitality venues.
• A hands-on leader with a strong floor presence and passion for guest service.
• Knowledgeable about beers, wines, and premium spirits, with an eye for trends.
• Someone with commercial awareness and the drive to increase sales while maintaining standards.
• Keen to grow and develop within a forward-thinking hospitality group.
