What to Expect:

Collaborate closely with the Head Chef on menu execution and team leadership

Cook over live fire with bold, spice-driven dishes and fresh, seasonal ingredients

Support training and development of a tight-knit, passionate brigade

Take ownership of kitchen standards, prep systems, and service excellence
What They’re Looking For:

Strong experience as a Sous or solid Junior Sous in fast-paced, quality-driven kitchens

Passion for flavour, spice, and working with open-fire cooking

Calm, confident leadership with a hands-on approach

Excellent organisational skills and a genuine love of hospitality
