What You’ll Be Doing:
- Cooking across all sections: larder, fish, sauce, meat, and pass
- Focusing on grill and fire-led techniques
- Supporting kitchen systems and day-to-day BOH operations
- Keeping standards sky-high – from food quality to cleanliness
We’re Looking For:
- A skilled CDP with experience in quality-driven kitchens
- A calm, confident operator with a team-player mindset
- A passion for seasonal produce and open-fire cooking
- Someone eager to grow, learn, and step up when it counts
