Kitchen Assistant – Central London
Up to £14 per hour + tronc | 40-hour contract

We’re on the hunt for a reliable, enthusiastic Kitchen Assistant to join a fast-paced, professional kitchen team in the heart of Central London.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting with the preparation and management of food

• Keeping the kitchen line organised and service-ready

• Maintaining HACCP standards and kitchen hygiene

• Ensuring equipment and food safety compliance

• Helping manage orders and stock using technical data sheets

What You’ll Need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant

• A passion for food and an interest in high standards

• Comfortable working under pressure with a positive attitude

• Fluent English and a proactive, respectful work style

• Flexibility to work both early and late shifts (finishing between 7-9pm)
