Our client under the management of a new head chef during lockdown have revamped their menus offering a higher quality menu and the ability to cook fresh, modern and quality food with a traditional approach for a stunning independently owned business near Ascot. Currently a team of 5 this is a real opportunity to work within a newly re-vamped kitchen with a new josper grill and have a real involvement in regards to driving forward this reputable family owned business…
The restaurant is a busy and varied service environment from food service within the traditional and homely bar area, a stunning more formal restaurant area with projections for this to have more of a fine dining style in coming months. There is also a modern and vast outside dining space with 16 large fire pits. The full site allowing covers to be in excess of 220 + on a busy service.
The site also has exciting plans within 2021 for a 2nd kitchen and additionally 10 letting rooms. As well as being a destination restaurant of choice there is also a fantastic local following for Breakfast, lunch and dinner diners.
The aim of this employer will be to work 4 long days in terms of a working week however currently flexibility will be required. These are exciting times to join a family run business that has really invested into their business in recent months – that really pride themselves on the highest quality of food and standards of service.
No live in and ideally a driver required.
