Job Summary

Our client a prestigious private Golf Club in North Surrey is currently seeking a creative and proficient Chef in all aspects of food preparation. Situation between the picturesque Surrey villages our client is open all year providing catering services to our members and visiting guests. The club host a wide range of golf match dinners, social events, and both private and corporate dinners during a typical year.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced and talented Chef who will be responsible to the Head Chef

Responsibilities and Duties

This is a ‘hands on’ position. You will need to be flexible in relation to working hours and should expect to work most weekends.

You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and work well with both the Management Committee and your fellow team members.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience within the Hospitality sector
  • Knowledge and understanding of all legislation impacting on the catering provision e.g. COSHH, Food Safety, EHO, health & safety and hygiene regulations
  • Monitor and maintain consistent food standards and quality across all areas during all stages of production and delivery.
