My client is a reputable Restaurant in Central London serving high end European food. Well established and strong team together who is looking for an experienced Sous Pastry or Head Pastry Chef. There might be the opportunity create 1-2 dishes but not the whole menu.
The company is expanding and the Head Pastry Chef would need to travel with the Exec Chef to support the openings, train the staff and tailor the menu according to local preferences.
