Our client a Leading Event Company in Surrey, currently have an exciting opportunity for a unique fabulous wedding venue and are currently looking forward to a busy Summer season in 2021 with an exciting opportunity to recruit both a Head and Sous Chef. These would be initially 9 month contracts with the potential to extend.

As Head Chef you will be responsible for delivering between 4-6 weddings a week. You will finish the cooking at the venue however look after the main preparation in the company’s main production kitchen. The Head chef will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of events whilst maintaining standards both with food presentation and kitchen hygiene and management.

You will be working mainly a five day week spread across 7 days. No week will be the same, so days off may not fall consecutively. Hours would be similar to a pub environment.. mid/late morning to mid to late evening depending on event.
