In order to be considered, applicants must:

  • The successful candidate will be organised, dynamic and innovative
  • They must have the ability and confidence to design and execute exciting, creative dishes
  • Previous experience working at Sous Chef level.
  • Passionate about cooking great fresh food, loving hospitality and the industry.
  • Have a good understanding of kitchen basics, following recipes and working in a busy environment
