In order to be considered, applicants must:
- The successful candidate will be organised, dynamic and innovative
- They must have the ability and confidence to design and execute exciting, creative dishes
- Previous experience working at Sous Chef level.
- Passionate about cooking great fresh food, loving hospitality and the industry.
- Have a good understanding of kitchen basics, following recipes and working in a busy environment
