Your duties and responsibilities will include:
In order to be considered, applicants must:
Be a strong operator to be an integral part of the team and to work closely with the General Manager to take the business to the next level
- Have a good understanding of business operations;
- Love great food and good service!
- Flexible work/life balance based on a 48-hour week- Capped at a maximum 50hrs a week.
- Autonomy over daily specials –
- The ability to work with the Best in terms of British and sustainable produce responsibly sourced
- Well-equipped kitchens –

Salary/ Package up to £35k basic + tips/ bonus
