About
- An industry leader, operating the hospitality and food service in some of the UK’s most iconic venues.
- A restructure in the people team has opened a position for a lively and enthusiastic trainer to join them.
- Delivering fun and engaging training sessions across the hospitality teams – site and senior level – facilitating continuous learning and a full training life cycle from induction to onboarding, talent development.
- Management and oversight of their very cool training platform.
We’re looking for someone who absolutely gets their energy and fire from delivering CRACKING training – who has a history of getting great results and who can engage at all levels, making sessions FUN and relevant. You’ll need to have been doing this for a few years within hospitality and have solid demostration of your successes. Strong, organised and effective.
