• Sushi is about technique, tradition and precision.
• 4 On 3 off shift pattern.
• 48 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Japanese cuisine background at Sushi Chef level, working with high quality products
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Passionate about food and loves to create
• Understanding of how to control the kitchen stock and place orders with suppliers
