Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility of day to day management of overall kitchen
  • Delivering the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the Restaurant
  • Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
  • All aspects of health & safety

In order to be considered, applicants must:

  • Currently be at Chef de partie, Sous Chef or Junior Sous level within a restaurant or Hotel environment, Experience with fresh food, quality dining menus would be ideal
  • Experience creating seasonal and sustainable menus using the most of great British produce
  • Love great food and good service!
