• Fresh food background at Sous Chef level, working with fresh, high quality products
• Ability to perform well under pressure and delegate your team as a sous chef
• Ideas for Good Food and Menu planning
• Passionate about food and loves to create
• Understanding of how to control the kitchen stock and place orders
