What We’re Looking For:

An ambitious Sous Chef with experience in fresh food kitchens. You should enjoy leading and inspiring a team, maintaining high standards of food hygiene, and staying calm under pressure. Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef is ideal, but they welcome all backgrounds!
