Sous Chef – Large Scale Events based business

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility of day to day management of the kitchen operations working closely with the head chef and taking responsibility, including menu development
- great organisation skills – time management and multitasking in this style of business will be key
- Proactive management of a large team, leading by example to deliver the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the business
- Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
- All aspects of health & safety
In order to be considered, applicants must:
- Previously worked to Sous chef level within a fresh food environment and classical training would be ideal
- Experience working large scale events for high volume of customers, conference, banqueting and events
- have good knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety and due diligence management
- Have real passion to deliver an excellent experience
