• Offering an amazing selection of high-quality, fresh dishes inspired by the authentic eateries of Japanese and European cuisines.
• 4 On 3 off shift pattern.
• 48 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Fresh food background at Sous Chef level, working with high quality products
• Ability to perform well under pressure and delegate your team as a sous chef
• Passionate about food and loves to create
• Understanding of how to control the kitchen stock and place orders with suppliers
