Up to £40,000

The Role:

• A successful Sommelier will work alongside an incredibly motivated team, delivering a memorable and educational experience for their customers.
• You will work alongside the Head Sommelier and their incredible front-of-house team to ensure that an incredibly high standard of wine service is upheld.
• Remember, the food will bring the guests into their restaurant but it’s the service that will keep them coming back.
• This is an amazing opportunity for an ambitious and determined Sommelier.

What we would LOVE from you:

• Be experienced as a Sommelier in a fast-paced environment
• Ideally having WSET or similar qualification
• Great communication skills
• Impeccable standards with a passion for delivering outstanding service
