The successful Restaurant Manager will:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in high-profile restaurants, an in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry.
• Have great customer service skills.
• Support the delivery of business strategies and ensure the sales targets and budgets are achieved, upselling.
• Be accountable for the smooth operation of each shift.
• Be charismatic, passionate and flexible.
• Have a professional attitude and an excellent command of English.
• Immaculate presentation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
