The Role:

I am currently recruiting for an experienced Recruitment & Talent Manager to join a tight-knit team to take on the recruitment & onboarding for employees within South East London, Berkshire, Surrey & Kent.

• Attraction and recruitment campaigns which are a lot more creative, innovative, exciting and FUN than posting a job and fielding the responses! You’ll have a CRAZY amount of autonomy to do it; and especially as the businesses are so area specific – it’s definitely not a one size fits all recruitment strategy! Think BIG and outside the box!
• You’ll be responsible for ensuring an amazing recruitment AND onboarding journey for all candidates; and ensure that they are being set up for success – working with the ops and training team to spot and nurture talent; as well as being ALL OVER the data and metrics.
• HYBRID ROLE – Work from Home 1-2 days a week/work from sites 3 days a week – Candidates MUST drive.
