Recruitment Administrator
Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Up to £25,000
We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team on a Fixed Term Contract basis with a view to go permanent. Founded over two decades ago by Nick Clover, Appetite4Recruitment was born from a passion for people and an unyielding dedication to the hospitality industry. Starting as a one man operation in a quaint Surrey office, Appetite’s vision has grown into a thriving business that now spans the entirety of the UK.
The primary responsibility of the Recruitment Administrator is to provide ongoing, useful and proactive administrative support to Recruitment Partners, Senior Recruitment Partners and Directors in order to maximise and enhance the efficiency in the business by freeing up time for them to drive the business forward.
Day to Day Activity:
- Document creation – formatting and management according to company standard. (Microsoft products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) This will include but not be limited to CVs, referencing, job descriptions, interview confirmations and candidate and job profile writing.
- Database management – a thorough and clear knowledge of our database (Bullhorn) and using it to log actions required as well as general data cleansing and maintenance in line with company standard.
- Candidate sourcing through creative advert writing and posting to external job boards including Broadbean, and our website through the database (Bullhorn) and mailshots through the database.
- Answering the phone, taking accurate incoming messages and fielding calls to relevant personnel in the business.
- Any other reasonable activity requested by Directors.
- Fostering and developing close working relationships within the office to support on vacancies when requested.
Employee Attributes:
- Computer literacy – use of Microsoft Office to a very competent level.
- Adaptability to using various computer software and systems – as contracts and resources change, employees will need to be adaptive to different systems that may come in to use – be these various job boards and multiple job posting software, candidate management databases (Bullhorn), social media platforms, IT systems such as Webex for phones and others as required.
- Excellent written and spoken communication and good numeracy.
- Format of language – if the employee sits within the Appetite ‘DNA’ then language and communication shouldn’t matter, express yourself how you are, if you share our values – you’ll put the right message across to clients, candidates and colleagues alike.
