The Requirements:

• Be from a structured and branded background, within a full service RESTAURANT and have had significant VOLUME experience.
• Experience at operations/ area chef level and be able to competently demonstrate your success path to date with proven success in sales growth, menu/people development and profit conversion.
• Be on the upward trajectory of your career and possess personal characteristics of tenacity, competitiveness and natural energy/charisma.
