• Offering an amazing selection of high quality, fresh dishes inspired by the authentic eateries of Japanese and European cuisines.
• Fine Dining Cuisine
• 4 On 3 off shift pattern.
• 48 hours per week.

Requirements:

• Fresh food background at Junior Sous Chef level, working with high quality products with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Passionate about food and loves to create a wide variety of desserts.
• Understanding of how to control the kitchen stock and place orders with suppliers.
