- Wonderful premium restaurant and bar located in the heart of Chelsea.
- Offering an amazing selection of high quality, fresh dishes inspired by the authentic eateries of Japanese and European cuisines.
- Fine Dining Cuisine
- 4 On 3 off shift pattern.
- 48 hours per week.
Requirements:
- Fresh food background at Junior Sous Chef level, working with high quality products with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Passionate about food and loves to create a wide variety of desserts.
- Understanding of how to control the kitchen stock and place orders with suppliers.
