Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Help to create new, exciting dishes for our menu, combining your own interests and local produce. Allowing your creativity to flourish.
  • Assist and learn from the Head Chef & Sous Chef.
  • Train, inspire and develop Junior chefs.
  • Lead by example.
