This role offers the chance to progress within our company and develop your skills with exciting menus featuring daily specials and bespoke butchery cuts, including in-house smoking, dry aging, and butchery. Live-in accommodations are available.

Responsibilities:

• Create new, exciting dishes for our menu, combining your interests with local produce.
• Assist and learn from the Head Chef and Sous Chef.
• Train, inspire, and develop junior chefs.
• Lead by example in the kitchen.
