Junior Sous Chef looking for an exciting next step!

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Responsibility of day to day management of various sections
  • Delivering the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the Brand
  • Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
  • All aspects of health & safety

In order to be considered, applicants must:

  • Currently be at Junior Sous chef level within a restaurant or Hotel environment, Experience with fresh food, quality dining menus would be ideal
  • experience managing various sections including Larder, pass, grill, Hot, Cold etc.
  • Love great food and good service!
