The Role:

• Due to a rural location, driving is essential for this role.
• You must be passionate about all things hospitality; you will be required to support with both Front of House & Back of House duties.
• You must be confident & hands on within the kitchen.
• Passionate about wines is a must for this role.
• Have a great front of house presence & offer a high standard of service to all guests.

Live In Accommodation – 1 bedroom flat with separate lounge, kitchen & bathroom.

You will be required to work 5 days a week including some evenings & weekends.
