Duties of the role include:

• Strategic direction of catering and food retail operations, covering events, restaurant and the farm shop.
• Financial responsibility, reporting to the Managing Director.
• Compliance and all the Health & Safety/Food Safety/Allergens.
• Management of team of 60+ staff.
• Menu development with HC and creation and delivery of event ideas.
