Duties of the role include:
- Strategic direction of catering and food retail operations, covering events, restaurant and the farm shop.
- Financial responsibility, reporting to the Managing Director.
- Compliance and all the Health & Safety/Food Safety/Allergens.
- Management of team of 60+ staff.
- Menu development with HC and creation and delivery of event ideas.
