About the Company:

• High quality authentic fresh cuisine.
• Expanding group with big plans for 2024. They currently have 8 sites across London.
• Monday to Friday working week however weekend work will be required depending on site availability.
• Looking for an experienced Head of Food with a creative flare and a keen eye for detail.

The Role:

• Creating fresh menus, culinary delights, and innovative offerings while also managing supplier relationships and ensuring top-notch quality control across all products.
• Have a strong understanding of recipe creation and be confident when producing dishes to spec.
• Large input of training & development of new and existing teams – knowledge of this is essential for this role.
