Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Responsibility of day to day management of overall kitchen
• Delivering the outstanding food which has come to be expected by the Restaurant
• Full engagement and involvement in back office operations
• All aspects of health & safety

In order to be considered, applicants must:

• Currently be at Head Chef level within a restaurant environment, Experience with fresh food and working creatively would be ideal
• Working in busy environments
• passion to work with various cuisines and spice-led flavours
• Love great food and good service!
