We are looking for an energetic Head Chef to lead our modern seafood site in Brighton. The menu is simple: the highest quality ingredients and seafood, sourced as locally with a focus on sustainability, expertly cooked over coal. As a Head Chef you will deliver dishes made with quality food and products, from fresh, using local products, prepared with skill and passion. Your passion for food, flexibility and leadership skills will mean you can lead and mentor a kitchen team whilst creating the finish dishes
