What we would LOVE from you:

• As Head Chef you will have freedom on specials and some menu creation.
• Experience of managing your own kitchen as a Head Chef.
• Ability to deliver fresh food to high standards at a high volume.
• Be a strong and approachable leader to the team, responsible for motivating and creating dishes to a high standard.
• Most of all, LOVE great food and service.
