A stunning countryside restaurant with a vibrant bar is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead its kitchen. Known for its premium steak and seafood dishes, the venue is committed to using fresh, high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. With in-house dry ageing, smoking, and butchery practices, the restaurant showcases the finest British produce, creating an exceptional dining experience. We are looking for a hands-on Head Chef who can maintain this high standard, elevate the menu, and build strong relationships with local suppliers.
